Extrajudicial Fees

add International Collections Group, S.L works under the premise of “no collection-no-fee”, which means 0 cost for the client if the debt is not collected.
Extrajudicial fees will be fixed as a percentage of the debt collected. There is no request of funds. Only when the debt is collected we will invoice you our fees.

We only get paid, if you get paid.

Court fees

If the extrajudicial procedure is finalized unsuccessfully, we prepare a complete report of the work done to date and a viability study for a judicial claim.
If our lawyers believe a judicial claim can progress, we will send you a budget of estimated costs. We will not start any judicial procedure without getting client’s approval first.
